So you know how I’m on bedrest because I have a medium-risk pregnancy and have had two significant bleeds in the past month?  Well, add in kidney stones to the mix.  Yes, last night I started suffering from some excruciating pains.  I called the nurses in and they immediately got me hooked up to more monitors, but I kept telling them this pain was more sharp than a contraction and localized on one side.  After all looked fine on the monitors for a few minutes, the nurses agreed that it was probably a kidney stone.

Oh joy.  That sucker hurt.  Thankfully, the stone eventually moved from it’s lodged location and I’ve been okay since.  The good bit from all this is that one of the nurses said that if I’m able to handle THAT kind of pain then childbirth will be nothing. *lol*
