Unkindness/Control Revisited

Remember my post about the Tattler verbally attacking another lady in my office? On Friday, a couple of us encouraged the one who got the brunt of the yelling (the timid one) to make a formal complaint. So she did, and was asked to put her complaint in writing, which she did.

I have it on good authority that key people are aware of the situation and are going to try to correct the problem. I don’t know how they’ll do it, but they’ve been aware of the problem with this person for a while now.

I’m relieved to hear that.
