Lame Church Sign #6

The latest in the lame church verbage from the local church I pass on my commute. It’s especially lame this week, imho:

Give God what is right not what’s left

Also seen on this morning’s commute, a licence plate that I was sure I was reading right at first. We have a state seal plate option - the seal sits between three characters on each side. This plate read like this:

MEN[VA seal]LIE

The seal is often used as an “O” in some personalized slogans, so at first I was trying to read it that way. And then I realized it actually said, “MEN LIE.” Yes, a woman was driving the car - looked to be about 45-50. Sad that she feels that way. Posted by at 01:44 PM
