Internet Working But Still Not Installed

Internet is working, but I still can’t install the Comcast software. It’s weird. I plan to call them later, but I don’t feel like dealing with them right now and since I’m able to access the internet with no problem I’ll wait.

Doesn’t it seem odd that I can use the internet without having their software?
