Corned Beef, Babee!

Beau picked up our corned beef for St. Patrick’s Day this week. You may remember that we had awesome corned beef and cabbage last year. We knew my parents enjoyed that meal, so when I was talking to my mom earlier this morning, I mentioned it. Her immediate acceptance of our invitation to share the 2008 version was gratifying. We’ll actually be taking it over to their house, since we know my dad will want to be able to watch college hoops on that Sunday afternoon.

Just a couple of weeks away. Crazy.
