OTB Withdrawal

For the past week I have been unable to access Outside the Beltway from my office computer. My home blogging has been so sporadic over the past couple of weeks, that I can’t remember if I was able to get to James’ page there or not. I seem to be getting a 412 Precondition Failure page, which I had never seen before.

Anyone else having a problem (looks at Robbo, who shares the same network)?

Anyone know how I can get around this?

  1. Looks fine to me. Top article is Senate Compromise on Detainee Rights, Torture

Larry the Cable Guy is in the upper left corner.

A couple articles down he is talking about pr0n downloads to i-P0ds. Maybe a filter is catching you.

  2. We’ve had trouble off and on since he and Steven moved off of the “unreliable” Hosting Matters servers to what appears to be a questionable arrangement with more down time and odd behavior than they ever had before.

That said for the past week it’s been fine.

  3. I am pretty sure it’s a filtering issue with this network. I’m just not sure why that particular blog is the only one I can’t get access to.

    It’s weird.

  4. I’m having exactly the same problem, so it probably is a filtering thing.

  5. Weird. Of all the blogs clicked on, that’s the one that gets filtered out?
