A quick and dirty review of I Am Legend:

Slow pace didn’t build tension as I think they thought it would - it was just slow.
Not as bad as I expected.
Will Smith is a very good actor.
Why the CGI creatures when good makeup could be better done?

1. It was a little slow. Though it got tense enough that I had to quit watching when the dog + dark building hit.

   The whole “let’s CGI everything” trend is starting to wear - my reference for wasted CGI when makeup would’ve been better is Beowulf. Bah.
