3. Beau went at about 6:30am and waited for more than a full hour. I was planning to get ready for work while he was gone, but Jesse woke up crying for Dad and his new ball. So I played with him until Dad got back.

   By the time I got to our polling place, the wait was maybe 5 minutes.

   Denis, don’t count your chickens...it ain’t over until it’s over.

4. Oh, I am so glad that you didn’t have to stand in line.  Dad was concerned, too, and was ready to offer you one of those portable, fold-up chairs to take with you!

5. Funny.

   Beau said I should wear a shirt that makes me look more pregnant. Apparently, there was an elderly man that they let move ahead in line so he thought they’d do the same for a pregnant lady.
