   And yet you refuse to give “Buffy” a chance?  When many consider “Buffy” to be his most gratifying achievement in storytelling?

2. I did give Buffy a chance. I understand why people love it, but I just don’t.

   I love, love, love Firefly. And it’s a different animal in the Whedonverse. It’s like dogs and cats. They’re both great, but everyone has a preference for one over the other, if they’re honest.
