  4. Like we can afford that. I’m taking her to the vet for her regular check-up on Friday. I’ll ask her about options.

  7. Believe me, I’m going to be straight with the vet about this. Short of putting her down, I want a good solution. I’m on board with sleeping pills if she thinks that will work (she says, hoping the cost won’t be exorbitant).

  8. Sleeping pills? What?  She doesn’t have trouble sleeping--we do! @#$&^$ She’s sleeping quite soundly right now.  She sleeps all day long.

    How about amphetamines to keep her awake?
