So I mentioned the Oatmeal Cookie coffee - good but a little too sweet this early in the day. It’s probably better as a dessert coffee.

Anywhoo - we get our flavored coffees from Java Haven - a local business here in northern Virginia. She does sell online, so check out her stuff. My personal favorite is Coffee Cake.

1. Hi, I was just wondering if you bought this flavored coffee drink or if you have a recipe.  Sometimes I make my own mint mochas with peppermint extract and Swiss Miss cocoa packets and mix it with my Foldgers.  How do you make an Oatmeal Cookie drink?

2. Sherry, it’s actually flavored coffee. The woman roasts the beans and infuses them with different flavoring oils to get the flavors she wants. Some are spot on - like Coffee Cake. Others are close. All are tasty.
