BS of the Day, Item 538

Two bumper stickers this week:

1. Defend America - Defeat Bush

2. Be Patriotic - Vote Against Bush

The first is catchy, no complaints really on that one for the content. The second one I don’t much like for a couple of reasons. One, I don’t like the idea of voting against anyone - I think voters should vote for someone. Two, I don’t like the patriotism of those who plan to vote for either candidate to be questioned - voting in and of itself is patriotic, no matter for whom the vote is cast.

Anyway… I report, you decide.
