American Oil-for-Food Ties?

I can’t find a link on this and it’s not being talked about on Fox & Friends right now, but the radio station I listen to in the morning ran a news blurb saying that Mark Rich may have ties to the oil-for-food scandal. Apparently, he was a middleman somewhere in the scheme as far back as February 2001, right after he was pardoned by President Clinton.
