Remember that I believe that the island is one huge Skinner Box. My suspicion was confirmed slightly with the discovery of the actor’s make-up kit that Kate found in the locker at the other bunker. Also, that was definitely The Other Coot, Zeke, talking with Ethan outside the door sans scruffy beard and in nice clothes.

Interesting that the gal who helped Claire escape may have been Rouseau’s lost daughter. We got to see that maybe Rousseau is really trying to help the Lostaways last night. I’ve always sort of liked her even though she was the mysterious wild card.

Very interesting conversation between Eko and Gale. More interesting was Gale’s assessment of the Locke-Jack relationship and leadership issue and then Locke’s reaction.

Previews look good.

As frustrating as this show is, I love it.

LATER: Because I was curious what others are saying I went to the official LOST message boards at ABC.com. There are some very interesting theories being bandied about there. Clearly no one has a real clue what’s going on, but we all have our theories.

What I found most interesting was this screencap of the vaccine Ethan injected last night with the addition of a pic from the first episode of this season when Desmond was taking out the vial to inject himself. I had a feeling the “drug” was the same stuff, but note the numbers at the top of the label. I noticed, too, that the “new” vaccine was not clear like the “old” vaccine. If you look closely, while both say RX-1, the new vial has a slightly different label, with the Dharma logo and “GND” next to the RX-1. Newer version of the original drug?
