I’ve realized lately that I watch mostly crime TV - most of the shows I prefer are law enforcement centered. You’d think I got enough of that at work, right? I doubt I’ll add The Shield to my regular season viewing, but I’ll add the DVDs to the Netflix queue to watch on my own time.

I never caught on to The Shield when it started. However, I saw a few eps with ECD and I liked them. So I added the DVDs for season one to my Netflix queue. At this point, since there is nothing on TV that is holding my interest, I think I’ll give The Shield a whirl.

Just brushed the teeth - I have that nasty taste from coffee and I thought it might help wake me up a bit. Sort of did.

Switched out coffee for water.

Ate a couple Tums to settle the tummy after the coffee.

So I haven’t talked much about Mr. Kitty lately. He’s a great cat. We think he’s an albino cat since he’s part of a litter of cats that were all gray, but he’s 100% white with pink ears, nose, and paw pads. His eyes are yellow. He loves humans.

Things he does that make me love him:

1. He greets me at the door when I get home from work.

2. I bought a pad thing to protect the sofa in the spot that he’s adopted - he loves that thing and always goes right to it. He’s sacked out there right now.

3. He covers his eyes with his paws when he’s sleeping if the light is too bright. I plan to get new batteries for my camera to get a picture of that because it’s way too cute.

4. He sleeps on my feet on the bed and Annie sleeps against my legs. Dogs and cats living together in nearly perfect harmony.

5. He’s very affectionate.

He’s a good cat...except for the jumping on the kitchen counters thing.

I can barely put two words together at this point so I’m holding off on more questions from readers for now. I’m hoping the coffee will help. I doubt it though - I’m not a night person and I’ve hit my limit. I am not quitting - have no fear. I just know that there won’t be much substance to the remaining 14 posts and I’m so sorry about that. But ultimately, that doesn’t matter does it? I only have to post something - no matter how inane. Bwahahahaha…

*yawn*

I’m thinking of a power nap - here in the uncomfortable chair so that I don’t fall into heavy sleep. I just sort of dozed in that last little break.

Watching Ellen on Oxygen. She and Carmen Electra were just dancing. So I’m wondering when Ellen will flip out like Rosie did and I won’t be able to watch her either.

Good news!

MOSCOW (Reuters) - A Russian mini-submarine burst to the surface on Sunday after rescuers hacked away the cables that had snared it deep in Pacific waters and saved the crew before their air supply ran out.

“The mini-sub has surfaced. The seven submariners on board are alive,” naval spokesman Igor Dygalo was quoted by Interfax as saying.
