1200 Days

Today marks the 1200th day since the US was attacked by Al Qaeda in New York and Washington. If you take a look at the ticker I have in my sidebar, you’ll see the countdown (for some reason the script won’t work in a post).

This Christmas we should be grateful for the men and women who have put and are putting their lives on the line to protect us, to fight the fight for us, and to bring democracy and liberty to two formerly oppressed peoples in Afghanistan and Iraq. I know that I am.
